The Monthly Cleaning Procedure should be performed at regular intervals or when FSC noise is excessive. This procedure cleans the supply lines and flow cell walls with 10% bleach, then rinses the beach out with deionized H2O. It is critical to bypass the sheath filter and to use a dedicated 4L bleach tank for this procedure. Below is a procedure for how to disconnect the 20L Fluid Manager Ultra Precision, perform the cleaning, and reconnect the 20L Fluid Manager Ultra Precision.

    i am sorry i need help for some happen with me with the FACS cytometry during data acquisition from the instrument i have cuting in the electrical current and then return in the same time now the cytometry work well but no "connect to flow cytometry " option appear in the program i dont know what happen is that burn in the instrument or what?
