This program will allow a user to update their copy of FlowJo quick and easy.

Installation
  1. Download the FlowJo Cytek Updater from the attachment below.
  2. Run the installer.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts
Using the Updater
To use the updater you must simply navigate to the start menu titled "FlowJo Cytek Updater" and run the updater.  From there the program will retrieve the list of updates available.  The update list will contain the version information, the release date, and the amount of files to be updated.

To apply an update simply highlight the desired update and click the button "Get Update".  The program will now retrieve all the update information and display a confirmation to you.  Click the "Update" button to confirm the update.  Next, the updater will being downloading the update files.  You may cancel at any time by just clicking the "Cancel" button.  Once, all the required files have been downloaded, the update will be applied to your copy of FlowJo.

If you run across any errors during the use of the updater, please report the error by emailing developers(at)cytekdev.com.

    I ran this updater and it hung at the end of installation - "executing:C:\DOCUMEN etc\vbrun60sp6.exe" the progress bar is at around 99%, cancel is disabled

    I have downloaded and installed the updater on 3 computers to date - no problems. Performed both direct run, as well as first saving to disk, then running setup from there.

    I tried to update and instead of list of updates, I received error message: Invalid update list format. Please contact system administrator.
