Data analysis using FlowJo (Win) 7.6.3 requires a specific Preferences Setup BEFORE reading in sample files
acquired using Cytek FlowJo Collectors Edition (FJCE) from the Cytek xP3, xP3+ or xP5 upgraded Cytometers.
NOTE: Cytek Development has VALIDATED population statistics ONLY in the 7.6.3 setup configuration spelled out in
the procedure given here.
