Select from one of our three levels of coverage: Premium, Value, or Preventive Maintenance. Presently Cytek offers on-site repair services on the Following Cytometers:

Premium Service Plan

With our Premium Service Plan, you can be assured, that your Flow Cytometer(s) will have minimal down time, operate at peak performance, and generate the accurate results your lab strives for. This plan is ideal for laboratories whose success depends on consistent availability and performance of their flow cytometer instruments. Premium Plans provide the semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections to prevent problems from occurring and our fastest response if repair is needed. Some additional benefits include:

• Emergency on-site repairs -Travel and labor costs, and Cytek certified replacement parts, are all included in the Premium Service Plan.

• Preventive Maintenance - Two visits per year to ensure that your instruments are running as optimally as possible, and to identify and fix problems before they impact your work. Visits are scheduled at your convenience.

• Guaranteed Priority Response - all Comprehensive Plan holders receive top priority response to telephone inquiries and on-site service requests.

Premium-Plus Service Plan

30mW DPSS Laser

Cytek's Premium-Plus Service plan includes all the features of a Premium Service plan plus a 488 solid state laser upgrade.With this plan Cytek will remove your old air cooled 488 argon laser and install a new 488 diode pumped Solid state (DPSS) laser.
This new DPSS laser will give your cytometer improved performance by doubling the 488 laser power from 15 to 30mW, while reducing laser noise.

Value Plan

The Value Service Plan helps maintain high quality output and protects your laboratory from the high costs associated with unexpected instrument repairs. From scheduled Preventive Maintenance inspections to access to your local Cytek factory trained service engineer; a Value Service Plan provides the instrument performance protection required to support high instrument usage, at a fraction of the cost of a premium plan.

• Emergency on-site repairs, travel and labor costs, and Cytek certified replacement parts are all covered after meeting $500 deductible.

• Preventive Maintenance Two visits per year to ensure that your instruments are running as optimally as possible, and to identify and fix problems before they impact your work. No deductible required.

Preventive Maintenance (PMI) Service Plan

A Preventive Maintenance Service Plan is an excellent and cost effective way to maintain your flow cytometer on a scheduled basis. Included in the PMI plan are two preventive maintenance inspections per year as well as the parts associated with the inspections. Also included is unlimited telephone technical support.

Billable Time and Material

If your lab prefers to pay on per call basis, Cytek Service offers competitive rates on travel, labor, and parts and will get repairs done in a timely manner.
